WHAT’S BETTER THAN YOUR LOGISTICS PARTNER ‘THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX?’ Answer: When they’re skilled in thinking in entirely different boxes. Example? An important shipper called with a unique problem. Unexpectedly, their consignee had no dock – no forklift, either – to receive a time-sensitive shipment. They were freaking out! When they called to notify us of the situation, we didn’t break a sweat, replying, “We’ve got this. Go spend your energy on more important matters.” When the chips are down, and formidable obstacles rear their ugly heads, we’ve learned that shippers don’t want excuses.
