We recently had a call with a Company based out of Austin, TX to talk about small package (parcel) billing. The call took about 5 minutes, it was short and to the point. The prospect, like many (~50%) we talk to, didn’t know this service existed. A tool that connects to your FedEx/UPS/DHL accounts via web services and compiles that data onto one platform. Oh, and submits refunds on billing errors. The best part about it is our customer doesn’t have to pay for this service – the Carrier who overcharged them in the first place does. To all our parcel shipping friends out there, if you are not using an audit and recovery tool we strongly advise you to look into it. There really is no downside. Ship Smarter.
