We ran across an article on the Harvard Business Review that really resonated with us.
It talked about how Customers prefer choice over problem solving.
When asked if you would rather have the problem solved for you with a single solution vs being presented a few choices, 58% of respondents preferred being presented a few choices. Even if it meant more time/work on their end.
There are instances where the problem needs to be solved quickly with a simple, single solution.
BUT this aligns with our overall philosophy as well, where it is standard operating procedure to provide multiple options to our customers (unless told otherwise).
