“WE’VE BEEN WONDERING ABOUT THIS. HAVE YOU? A transportation supervisor for a large shipper of plastic parts needed some answers on a time-sensitive shipment, and she needed them fast. After not receiving answers to multiple emails she’d sent that day, she called her freight broker – panicked – only to be handed off to a junior (green?) account rep. The recent college grad did what he could, but he hadn’t been trained well enough to truly solve the problem. The shipment arrived late, and other expensive problems surfaced because of it, not to mention the fractured relationships because of broken promises. (that’s a true story, by the way) Have you experienced something like this? No offense to those just out of school – because it’s their leader’s mistake to have placed them in a job that they’re not ready or prepared for – but when it comes to executing high-end solutions to urgent and potentially-expensive problems, people like you need SUPERMAN, not Clark Kent. Here’s what we know and often hear around our office: “It’s a different vibe here at MFW.” When the chips are down and you need quick answers, you’re not going to get some random kid fresh out of college, hired to “fill a seat.” Rather, you’ll work with a seasoned pro who thrives on your toughest challenges. No B.S., no hesitation, no excuses. Nothing but the professional handling of your important transportation needs. Nothing against newbies – because hey, they can probably get you a routine quote – but you deserve BETTER. At least we think you do. |
