WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAYING ABOUT US
We know that if we say it, some could claim it’s just bragging … which is never a good look.
But if our customers say it, well, sometimes we like to share.
A recent example ⤵️
Think of your favorite local store, and why you love shopping there. Maybe they’re super-friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, or all three.
But, they may not have exactly what you’re looking for, their smaller size preventing them from having endless selection due to large inventories.
If you can find the best of BOTH worlds, though, this is what someone might say … and in fact DID say to us recently:
“We love working with you guys because you’re ‘the local hardware store experience with the Home Depot catalog.’”
How cool is that? We think it’s VERY cool, and it helps motivate us to continue what we’ve always done to stand out in such a crowded marketplace.
