ACCOUNT EXECUTIVES AS SUPERHEROES? MAYBE! YOU BE THE JUDGE. 🎺 We recently tooted our horn about some cool stories involving MFW Account Executives; how they routinely exceed customers’ expectations in innovative, beneficial ways. They were so well-received, we thought we’d share a few more! Check it out: 🚚 DAILY – not weekly or monthly – we provide customers with specific, detailed reporting that shows which shipments are being delivered to each distribution center. No customer guesswork allowed. 😊 🚚 In addition, we pride ourselves on Proactive Tracking, alerting customers of potential delays BEFORE they occur. This type of “preventive maintenance” is commonplace at #mfw . We’ve developed quite the industry reputation for calling EVERY shipper and consignee to verify information and reduce any potential issues down the line. This is part of our continuous improvement heritage. 🚚 “We’re innovators, not order takers.” ‘Nuff said. As we like to say, “We’re beyond the quote.” Choose most any superhero you like, and you’ll often find a high intellect and elite problem-solving abilities to save someone from something.
