“CARE”
That’s right, a simple one-word heading.
Why? What should that overused word REALLY mean? Let us count the ways. (not quite the 12 Days of Christmas, but you get the idea 🎄)
At #mfw, we care enough to …
🎁 Work our tails off to mitigate our shippers’ damaged freight claims
🎁 Hire only right-fit people because our customers deserve the best
🎁 Take our time, listening intently to what our customers are trying to solve and achieve
🎁 Invest consistently in technology to ensure ease, simplicity, and effectiveness
🎁 Never lie to our customers or each other (and we mean, EVER)
🎁 Share best practices internally so that our problem-solving has a compounding effect
Sure, there are brokers bigger than us. They may have deeper pockets, more resources.
But that doesn’t make them more proficient or more caring. Besides, we’re better looking. 😉
We believe that CARE is the best customer experience strategy ever invented, so we’re keeping it simple at #mfw. If there’s anything more we can be doing for you – transportation professionals among our many shipper-partners – just say the word.
We’re in a gift-giving mood these days. 💝
