MANAGED TRANSPORTATION TIPS. YOU’RE EITHER MOVING FORWARD OR FALLING BEHIND. NOTHING IN LIFE IS STAGNANTIn 2022 we have invested more than ever before in understanding what our customers need that helps them run their respective transportation operations more effectively and efficiently. Here are just a few of the managed transportation tips we’ve been employing: 👉 SURVEYS. Always short and to the point because your time is valuable, nothing (so far) has been as enlightening and illuminating for us … so thank you to those who have taken the time to complete them. We’re using this fresh data to design and develop new offerings that should help you win big in 2023 and beyond. 👉 ASKING BETTER QUESTIONS. Sure, we could say that we’re continuously improving our sales process, which is true. But this is more like research; real R&D; studying / analyzing. Therefore, if our Account Executives are asking more in-depth questions, now you know why. 👉 SITE VISITS. Eyes and ears open, mouth closed. That’s our mantra when we visit our customers. As the decorated actor Tom Hanks is fond of saying, “When I’m supposed to be learning about something important, I employ the ‘W.A.I.T.’ principle … Why Am I Talking?” Wow. That’s good enough for us. At #mfw, it all comes down to this: Are we more curious than most when it comes to managed transportation tips? Do we care more about our customers than our commission? Are we playing the long game (smart) vs. the short game (not smart).
