We don’t talk about this a lot, but we’ve got an outstanding Agent program at MFW. One that offers excellent technology from Port TMS to connect you to our extensive carrier network. When needed, access to the load boards, of course. And pricing tools that present data from 5 different sources (quoting can be challenging in this environment!). Blanket LTL rates with 20+ carriers, and the ability to get customer-specific rates as well. A Customer facing TMS for those well-trained shippers who like to self serve. The best thing about the program though is our people. Our people are the best. Helpful, knowledgeable, and feisty (in the best kind of way).
