WHEN THE CHIPS ARE DOWN, HOW IMPORTANT IS RESPONSE TIME TO YOU? For a moment, forget about MFW, our competitors, or anyone else involved in freight transportation. Rather, think about your ** personal life.** NOW consider the question in the title. Do you have your answer? WHY did you think about the people or organizations you did? Why did they deserve that honor from you? Serious, difficult, trying situations often require TRUE friends, and similarly – especially in business – TRUE partners. With this is mind, we’d like for you to think about the following: At the large 3PLs, many account managers and their customer service counterparts are tasked with navigating HUNDREDS of ‘urgent’ emails each day … each a time sensitive issue. So, are you email number 14 within your rep’s queue, or number 98? Or number 198?? Why are you willing to spin that roulette wheel with important freight where promises have been made, and retaining your customer’s business (and trust) is always on the line? At #mfw, our response time is measured in MINUTES, not hours or emails or days or some other non-customer-centric method. It matters who you use. We hope you choose us. |
