MyFreightWorld Carrier Management – Account Coordinator Job Description
Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented, experienced account coordinator to play a key role in our sales and operations process. This individual needs to be detail oriented, hardworking, knowledgeable, and have a deep understanding of all aspects of a third-party logistics company.

Our expertise in the transportation industry dates back more than 20 years in Less than Truckload and all modes of Truckload services. We provide logistics solutions for various customers, ranging from large national companies to small businesses.
Qualifications:
MUST have prior experience in the transportation industry (preferably a 3PL) in sales, account management or operations.
Duties
- Conduct quoting and booking of shipments along with tracking/tracing once in transit.
- Perform live demos and establish accounts for new customers.
- Assure and recreate hazmat BOL’s to be within specific DOT regulations.
- Work closely to assist the claims and disputes department to correct dispatch errors and review adjustments to identify any issues.
- Demonstrate up to date knowledge on all LTL and Class IT (NMFC #) requirements and regulations.
